Being around Mitch lights me up...it's always a transformative experience and opens new doors.
Here are a few more things:
*Tickling my five-year-old son, watching him grow and put things together
*Flying in the face of conventional advice when it feels right only to me
*"Seeing" other people in their greatness, without any limitations (for which I have a gift)
*Telling people THE TRUTH and watching how it frees them
*Short getaway trips to somewhere beautiful, staying at a nice place, indulging myself
*Singing and performing - this one is the hardest to admit because I'm not doing any of it! I need help.
Thanks for listening,
Amanda Murphy, business and marketing coach

I get that natural high from:
Exploring the great outdoors -hiking,canoeing, camping, rock climbing, white water rapids
A good water fight
Adventure ropes courses
Introducing adventures to newbies
Being a catalyst for change
Exploring new creative endevours in art
Walks with the family
Quiet sunsets over the Pacific Ocean
California high deserts
ah, the warmth of just remembering all these...
thanks Mitch for the opportunity to be thankful for all our gifts in life.

What lights me up:
1) A big hug from my wife!
2) Watching someone accomplish something
they never thought they could - seeing
that light in their eyes when they realize
they can.
3) Struggling for enlightenment and getting
answers to my prayers.
4) Watching my kids succeed in their various
activities.
5) Telling my family and friends how I feel
about them - mostly that I love them.
6) Having someone approach me and tell me
what they really think - the truth about me,
even when its something I might not want to
hear. This is a true relationship of trust.
7) Watching the sun set over the mountains
each evening.
8) Lying on my back at night in the back yard
with one of my kids or my wife and looking
at the stars - wondering and dreaming!
9) Recalling the amazing feelings I had at
the birth of each of my 6 kids - how wonderful
my wife is and how thankful I am for family.
10) Knowing that I'm always being watched over.

Things that light me up:
* Truth
* Honor
* Democracy
* Freedom
* Justice
* Love
* The divine spark that lives within most humans
* Sexual expressions of love
I dream of moving beyond the pain of wanting things I don't really need. I dream of regaining a leadership position in an organization. I dream of living in a world where people with disabilities are judged by the content of their character and not based on the extent of their mobility, sensory acuity, or cognition.
